Over the weekend when I was watching tv a music by lady Gaga came up called "Telephone."(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQ95z6ywcBY) The video stuck my as a Quentin Taratino, Kill Bill kind of style. The music is a nine minute and thirty second short film with Beyonce staring halfway through the video. The music video begins with Lady Gaga entering an all women's prison. She is striped naked and laughed at by the surrounding viewers. The video continues with Lady Gaga's experience in the jail. When a phone call is made in regards of her bail being payed for, it is then when the music begins its main beat.

The person that paid the bail is no other than Beyonce, her past co-star in one of her music videos ("Camera Phone"). The music video continues with the Kill Bill theme and shows the the two leaving in "The Pussy Wagon," that the main character of the film drove in Kill Bill 2. They both arrive at a diner where they end up poisoning everyone. The music video ends with the news the showing images of Lady Gaga and Beyonce leaving the diner with smiles on their faces.

The reason why I bring this up on this blog is because in CMC100 we analyzed the music video "Camera Phone" by Lady Gaga and Beyonce. When analyzing I found out some hidden messages that I wouldn't understand at first sight. When viewed the music video several times and with the mentality of a CMC student I was able to connect them to the theorist that we learned that seamster.

With this music video I found it hard to analyze and I wanted to see what you all that about it....
